@ m+m i'm very sorry but i cannot give you a room in the almhotel since it is completely fully booked. if we have a cancellation, i have already 3 other pilots on waiting list, having higher priority due to earlier registration :oops: ! sorry m+m but this is the situation for the moment. dirk has a ...

does it mean that you give up your room in the almhotel and move to extern hotel ?
please clarify situation as m+m says that they will not come if they cannot stay at almhotel.
almhotel is completely fully booked --> no rooms left at all
